强直性脊柱炎全髋关节置换术在髋关节治疗中的应用

Clinical Application of Total Hip Arthroplasty in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis Hip

目的探讨在强直性脊柱炎患者中采用置换术治疗的临床效果。方法对来我院接受治疗的40例患者资料进行分析,根据患者治疗时间顺序分为两组。对照组进行一般方法治疗,实验组则采用强直性脊柱炎全髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组效果等指标。结果本次调研中,实验组髋关节活动度为(175.50±15.50)o、髋关节屈曲程度为(85.50±5.25)o、Harris评分(85.55±5.25)分高于对照组(<0.05);实验组手术(10.1±2.1)d后痊愈出院。结论临床上采用强直性脊柱炎全髋关节置换术治疗强直性脊柱炎效果较好,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical ef ect by using replacement therapy in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Data of 40 patients in our hospital treated patients were analyzed,according to the time sequence is divided into two groups.The control group general treatment,experimental group were treated with total hip replacement for ankylosing spondylitis treatment,compared two groups of indicators ef ect etc.Results In this research,the experimental group the activity of the hip was(175.50±15.50 o),hip flexion degree was(85.50±5.25 o),H arris score(85.55±5.25)higher than that of the control group(<0.05);the experiment group operation(10.1±2.1 days)after cured.Conclusion The clinical application of total hip replacement for Ankylosing Spondylitis ankylosing spondylitis treatment ef ect is good,is worthy to be popularized.
