无张力修补法治疗疝气的临床疗效观察

Clinical Analysis of Tension Free Repair Method for Treating Hernia

目的研究分析无张力修补治疗疝气的临床治疗效果。方法以我院2009年8月~2013年12月所收治的42例疝气患者为研究对象。并将这42例患者随机分配成对照组和实验组。其中对照组患者使用有张力疝修补术,实验组使用硬膜外麻醉下的无张力修补术。然后对两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、并发症率等进行跟踪调查。结果两组中的患者在治疗后都康复出院。观察组患者的手术时间为(40.2±14.9)min,住院时间为(4.7±1.2)d,术中出血量为(69.5±10.6)mL,并发症的发生率为5.06%,而对照组患者的相应数据为(60.1±20.8)h、(7.6±2.1)d、(110.2±15.7)mL和22.65%。相比较之下,观察组的患者的恢复状况更好。结论无张力修补术对于疝气的治疗有明显的效果,值得在治疗疝气的临床中被广泛的使用。

Objective Analysis of clinical therapeutic ef ect of treating hernia tension free repair.42 cases of hernia patients.Methods In our hospital from 2009 August to 2013 December were made as the object of study.the 42 patients were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group using tension hernia repair,tension-free repair in experimental group used epidural anesthesia.Then the two groups of patients,operation time,hospitalization time,complications rate tracking survey.Results Two patients after treatment in rehabilitation hospital.To observe the operation time of patient group was(40.2±14.9)minutes,hospitalization time was(4.7±1.2)days,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was(69.5±10.6)ml,the incidence of complications was 5.06%,while the control data corresponding to patient group was(60.1±20.8),(7.6±2.1)hours a day,(110.2±15.7)ml and 22.65%.By comparison,the observation group patients recovery bet er.Conclusion Tension free herniorrhaphy has obvious ef ect for hernia treatment,worthy to be widely used in the clinical treatment of hernia.
