2007~2012年民乐县疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Analysis of Monitoring Abnormal Reaction of Vaccination of Suspected 2007~2012 Minle County

目的了解民乐县疑似预防接种异常(简称AEFI)的发生特征,分析影响因素,提高监测的敏感性。方法利用Excel2003对2007~2012年AEFI个案数据进行统计分析。结果民乐县2007~2012年报告AEFI 142例,反应多发生在2岁以下儿童98人,主要集中在当日和次日,接种第一剂次者居多,以一般反应为主135例,异常反应7例,引起AEFI的疫苗主要为第一类疫苗,以百白破疫苗反应人数最多。结论宣传培训工作不到位是造成第一类疫苗AEFI漏报的主要原因,严格规范接种操作,加强疫苗保存运输,减少AEFI发生。

Objective To investigate the Minle County suspected vaccination anomaly(AEFI)occurrence characteristics,analysis of influence factors,enhances monitoring sensitivity.Methods Using Excel2003 2007 to 2012 data for statistical analysis of AEFI case.Results The Minle County in 2007~2012 142 AEFI cases were reported,the reaction occurs in children under the age of 2,98 people,mainly concentrated in the day and the next day,received the first dose were in general,the main reaction in 135 cases,7 cases of abnormal reaction induced by AEFI vaccine,mainly for the first type of vaccine,DPT vaccine response to number the most.Conclusion The propaganda and training work is not in place is the main cause of the vaccines of class 1 AEFI of under reporting,strictly regulate the operation to strengthen vaccine inoculation,save the transport,reduce the incidence of AEFI.
