摘要
目的论述了个性化的心理护理在无痛人流中的应用。方法将2012年1月~11月来我院就诊的800例自愿要求做无痛人工流产的早期妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组。结果患者焦虑水平下降,护理满意度增加,缩短操作时间。结论个性化的心理护理可以减少无痛人流患者的焦虑水平,缩短手术时间,减少人工流产并发症的发生率,提高护理人员的满意度,适用于广大患者,值得推广。
Objective Discusses the application of psychological nursing personalized in painless artificial abortion.Methods The 2012 January to 2012 November in our hospital 800 cases volunteered to do painless artificial abortion of early pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Results The level of anxiety in patients with decreased,nursing satisfaction increased,shorten the operation time.Conclusion Psychological nursing personalized can reduce the anxiety level of patients with painless induced abortion,and shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications of artificial abortion,improve nursing satisfaction,suitable for the majority of patients,is worthy of promotion.
