重庆市大足区2012年伤害发生地点分析

Analysis the Place of Injury Occurred in Dazu District of Chongqing City in 2012

目的了解大足区2012年伤害发生的地点特征,为制定伤害防控措施提供科学依据。方法资料来源于大足区2012年三家监测医院伤害监测数据,分析伤害发生的地点。结果2012年大足区共收治伤害病例6272例。伤害发生地前3位分别是公路/街道(34.93%),家中(34.33%)和工业建筑场所(0.89%)。公路/街道发生的伤害主要原因是机动车车祸(80.33%),跌倒/坠落(6.34%),非机动车车祸(5.98%)。家中发生的伤害主要原因是跌倒/坠落(44.59%),其次是动物伤(25.13%)。儿童及老年人伤害主要发生在家中,分别占67.49%和49.42%。结论合理规划街道及交通网路、加强道路安全教育、优化家居环境和加强老年人及儿童的看护是有效防止伤害发生的重要手段。

Objective To learn the place of injury occurred in Dazu District,2012,to develop a injury prevention strategy.Methods To analysis the place of injury in Dazu Distrcit,using data of tree sentinel surveil ance hospital from the National Injury Surveillance System(NISS),2012.Results Relative information on 6272 cases were analyzed.The top three places where injury occurred were:road/street(34.93%),at home(34.33%)and industrial and building area(0.89%).The major causes of injuries on road/street were:motor vehicle accident(80.33%),fal s(6.34%),non-motor vehicle accident(5.98%).The major causes of injuries at home were:fal s(44.59%),hurt by animal(25.13%).The major place where the children(67.49%)and the old(49.42%)occurred Injury were at home.Conclusion That the plan for the street and the road network is reasonable,to enhanced education of road safety,to optimized the environment for homes,the old and the children were be took care of,is an important means to ef ectively prevent the occurrence of injuries.
