摘要
Varian 600C/D直线加速器机架旋转机构是加速器的重要机械部件,由于机架重量较重,对精度要求较高,因此本身的结构较复杂。对于加速器维修人员来说,这类故障也是较多见,同时较棘手的故障。通过对原理和结构的分析,结合日常工作的经验,快速的解决此类故障,对保障加速器的治疗精度,提高开机率均有重要意义。
Varian 600C/D linear accelerator framerotation mechanismis an important mechanical part of accelerator.Due to the heavy weight of the rack,and high precision demand,the structure of accelerator is more complex.For accelerator maintenance personnel,such failures are also more common but ough.Through the principle and structure analysis,combined with the experience of daily work,quickly fix such failures,ismeaningful for the protecting of the accelerator treatment accuracy and improving the operation rate.
