氧驱动雾化吸入可必特在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的护理应用

Oxygen Driven Nursing Experience of Combivent in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Nebulization

目的研究探讨氧驱动雾化吸入可必特在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病过程中的护理方法。方法选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者72例,分为研究组和对照组,均给予氧驱动雾化吸入可必特治疗,研究组在治疗的同时加强全程护理。结果研究组72例患者中,显效55例,有效14例,治疗的总有效率为95.83%,治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论采用氧驱动雾化吸入可必特治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,药物起效迅速,临床疗效确切,同时,加强对雾化吸入的全过程护理,可以明显提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the oxygen atomizing inhalation of combivent nursing methods in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 72 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,divided into study group and control group,were treated with oxygen atomizing inhalation of combivent in treatment,study group to enhance the whole nursing in treatment at the same time.Results The study group 72 cases,ef ective in 55 cases,ef ective 14 cases,total ef ective rate of treatment was 95.83%,the treatment ef ect was bet er than the control group.Conclusion The use of oxygen atomizing inhalation of combivent in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,rapid onset of action of the medicine,the clinical curative ef ect,at the same time,strengthen the whole process of nursing atomizing inhalation,can significantly improve the therapeutic ef ect.
