后路截骨矫形治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折并后凸畸形

摘要 目的探讨后路截骨矫形术在合并后凸畸形的陈旧性胸腰椎骨折中的治疗效果。方法2012年6月~2013年6月我院收治的陈旧性胸腰椎骨折合并后凸畸形的患者共30例,所30例患者均接受后路截骨矫形术治疗。术后定期复查X线,测量Cobb角,对患者进行VAS评分和JOA评分。结果术后定期复查X线发现所有患者的内固定良好,术后1年随访发现椎体骨面和植入骨骨面已充分融合,22例患者的神经功能明显恢复,其余8例则有所改善。术后6个月、术后1年,患者的Cobb角和VAS评分显著低于术前,JOA评分显著高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论后路截骨校正手术的疗效较好,适用于陈旧性胸腰椎骨折并后凸畸形者。 Objective To investigate the posterior osteotomy in old thoracolumbar kyphosis fractures combined treatment.Methods A total of 30 patients with kyphosis of thoracolumbar fracture patients in 2012 June to 2013 June in our hospital,30 patients underwent posterior spinal osteotomy for treatment of.Postoperative follow-up X-ray,Cobb angle measurement,VAS score and JOA score of patients.Results The postoperative fol ow-up X-ray found that al patients with internal fixation is good,after 1 years of fol ow-up of vertebral bone and implant bone surface has been ful y fusion,neural function in 22 patients recovered obviously,the remaining 8 cases improved.1 years 6 months after operation,postoperative,patients with Cobb angle and VAS score was significantly lower than that before operation,JOA score was significantly higher than that of pre operation,the dif erence was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect of posterior osteotomy correction operation,suitable for old thoracolumbar fractures with kyphotic deformity were.
