摘要
目的探讨综合护理方法对胃癌患者愈后的影响。方法随机选取120例胃癌患者,然后随机分为综合护理组(研究组)60例和传统方法护理组(对照组)60例,比较两组肠道功能恢复时间、住院天数和并发症发生率的不同。结果研究组与对照组比较,肠道功能恢复时间、住院天数和并发症发生率均显著降低,具有显著差异性,<0.05。结论对胃癌患者采取综合护理方法,能够促进胃癌术后肠道功能的早期恢复,缩短住院天数和减少术后并发症。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing for gastric cancer patient after recovery.Methods Chose 120 gastric cancer patient who were divided into two groups with 60 cases each which are comprehensive nursing group(research group)and traditional nursing group(compare group).To compare the recovery time of intestinal function,hospital day and the incidence of complication.Results Comparing the two groups,the recovery time of intestinal function,hospital day and the incidence of complication decreased obviously,<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing for gastric cancer patients can improve the early recovery of intestinal function,shorten hospital day and reduce incidence of complication after surgery.
