摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩改善慢性心力衰竭胃肠功能的有效方法。方法将60例慢性心力衰竭住院患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均按常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上,选用足三里、天枢、中脘进行穴位按摩。干预14d后比较两组患者胃肠功能(腹胀、食欲下降、便秘、泄泻)改善情况。结果对照组总有效率43豫,观察组总有效率83豫,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论穴位按摩可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者胃肠功能。
Objective The ef ective method of massage to improve gastrointestinal function of chronic heart failure point.Methods 60 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were treated with conventional therapy and nursing,the observation group based on the selection,Tianshu,Zusanli,Zhongwan acupoint massage.Gastrointestinal compared two groups of patients after 14 days'function(abdominal distension,decreased appetite,constipation,diarrhea)to improve the situation.Results The total ef ective rate of the control group was 43%,total ef ective rate of observation group is 83%,the treatment effect of observation group was significantly bet er than the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture massage can ef ectively improve the gastrointestinal function in patients with chronic heart failure.
