术前护理干预在妇科连台手术中的应用与研究

Preoperative Nursing Intervention in Gynecological Operation in Continuous Application Analysis

目的调查分析妇科连台手术患者的心里状态,实施相应的护理干预。方法将120例妇科连台手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,并测定其术前血压、心率、及护理满意度。结果实验组术前血压、心率低于对照组(<0.01),满意度高于对照组。结论术前护理干预在缓解妇科连台手术患者的压力和提高患者的满意度方面效果优于一般心理护理,可应用于所有连台手术患者。

Objective To investigate and analyze the continuous operation of gynecological patients with heart condition,put forward corresponding nursing intervention.Methods 120 cases of gynecological continuous operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group,and to determine the preoperative blood pressure,heart rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results In the experimental group,preoperative blood pressure,heart rate lower than that of the control group(<0.01),satisfaction is higher than the control group.Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention in al eviating continuous operation in patients with gynecologic pressure and improve patients satisfaction ef ect is bet er than the general psychological nursing,can be applied to al patients with continuous operation.
