摘要
目的为了防范护理风险,为患者提供安全有效的优质服务。方法分析护理工作中的不安全因素,加强护理安全管理,树立正确的管理理念,制订相应的护理质量管理目标及计划,抓住关键环节,保证护理质量,增强护理人员法制观念,加强职业道德教育及业务培训,加强护患沟通。结果住院患者对护理工作服务满意度保持在95%以上,护理纠纷、护理投诉明显减少。结论实施有效的护理质量管理,护理质量持续改进,对预防护理纠纷、护理安全隐患的发生起到了极为重要的。
Objective In order to prevent nursing risk,provide safe and effective quality services for patients.Methods Analysis on unsafe factors of nursing work,strengthen the safety management of nursing care,establish the correct management philosophy,the establishment of nursing quality management objectives and plan accordingly,grasp the key link,ensure the quality of care,to enhance nursing staff of legal concepts,strengthening occupation moral education and professional training,strengthen communication between nurses and patients.Results Patients in nursing service satisfaction remained at more than 95%,nursing complaint,reduce nursing disputes.Conclusion Nursing quality management,continuous improvement of quality of care,to prevent nursing disputes,hidden danger of nursing plays an extremely important.
