中西医结合治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis with Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将70例常年性过敏性鼻炎患者,采取低温等离子手术,并给予穴位注射和半导体激光照射,随访2年观察疗效。结果总有效率高,1年后复发率低。结论低温等离子结合穴位注射和物理治疗对常年性过敏性鼻炎疗效持久,操作简单,是门诊治疗过敏性鼻炎的理想方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 70 patients with perennial al ergic rhinitis,take the low-temperature plasma operation,and give the point injection and semiconductor laser irradiation,fol ow-up of 2 years clinical observation.Results The total ef ective rate is high,low recurrence rate after 1 years.Conclusion Low temperature plasma combined with persistent,acupoint injection and physical therapy on the treatment of perennial al ergic rhinitis has the advantages of simple operation,is an ideal method in clinic for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
