黑膏药具有贴用时间长,可起局部及全身治疗作用,充分突出和发扬传统膏药的优点。黑膏药的传统制备工艺有五个环节,熬枯去渣、炼油和下丹三个环节具在高温环境中完成,不耐热的成分易被破坏或挥发,影响疗效;浸泡去火毒费时费工,药膏多有损失。采取水煎煮法提取有效成分和下丹喷洒药水去火毒,只需四个环节,简化了制备工艺,提高了膏药质量。水煎煮法则简单易行,提取范围更广,能煎出大部分有效成分,煎出的有效成分处在高温环境下时间较短,对有效成分的破坏作用更小。
