门诊换药室医院感染存在的问题及改进措施

目的探讨门诊换药室医院感染存在的问题,减少问诊医源性感染的发生。方法分析门诊医院感染危险因素,依据检测结果采取相应的预防措施。结果通过加大基础建设的投入、加强医院感染知识的培训、医源性感染的防护、换药室环境管理、重视医务人员手卫生、提高微生物送检率,合理使用抗菌药物等使门诊诊疗环境,职业防护等有了明显改进。结论门诊是医院感染管理的重点难点,采取循环干预,加强各个环节管理,能有效降低门诊治疗而发生的医院感染。

Objective To explore the clinic treatment room problems of hospital infection,reduce the interrogation iatrogenic infection.Methods To analyze outpatient hospital infection risk factors,on the basis of test results to take corresponding prevention measures.Results Through increased investment in infrastructure,strengthen the hospital infection knowledge training,iatrogenic infection,dressing room environmental protection management,at aches great importance to the medical staff hand hygiene,increase the rate of microorganism inspection,rational use of antimicrobial agents such as the outpatient clinic environment,occupational protection and so on have the obvious improvement.Conclusion The outpatient service is the focus of the hospital infection management difficulties,take intervention,in order to strengthen the management of each link,can ef ectively reduce the outpatient treatment of hospital infection.
