摘要
目的探讨自制改良式压疮风险评估表在预防ICU患者住院期间发生压疮的可行性。方法与结果本研究选取我院患者102例,随机分成对照组50例和观察组52例,设观察组与对照组,使用自行设计的改良式压疮风险评估表评估入住ICU的患者,根据评分结果对ICU患者实施相应的护理措施的应用观察,效果显著。结论改良式压疮风险评估表在ICU皮肤护理方面有良好临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the modified pressure sore risk assessment scale in the hospital during the feasibility of bedsore prevention in patients with ICU.Methods and Results In this study,we selected 102 cases of patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 52 cases,observation group and control group,using the improved bedsore risk self-designed evaluated patients in the ICU,based on the score of ICU in patients with the implementation of nursing observation measure corresponding,significant ef ect.Conclusion The improved bedsore risk assessment table in the ICU skin care with good clinical significance.
