腹内疝致绞窄性肠梗阻16例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 16 Cases of Strangulated Intestinal Obstruction Caused by Abdominal Hernia

目的总结分析腹内疝致绞窄性肠梗阻临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年9月~2013年9月接治的16例腹内疝致绞窄性肠梗阻患者临床资料。全部进行急诊剖腹探查,肠切除肠吻合术。结果住院8~20d,14例一期临床痊愈。术后发生吻合口瘘1例,再次行肠造口术,6个月后行二期关瘘术。粘连性肠梗阻3例,经保守治好转。切口愈合不良1例,局部换药理疗后痊愈。结论围手术期维持有效循环,加强营养支持,加强抗感染,预防感染性休克发生,及时的手术治疗是提高患者预后的有效措施。

Objective To summarize and analyze the internal abdominal hernia strangulated intestinal obstruction caused by clinical treatment ef ect.Methods retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2008 September to 2013 September 16 cases of intra-abdominal hernia treated by strangulated intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical data.Al emergency laparotomy,intestinal resection and anastomosis.Results 8~20 days of hospitalization,recovery phase 14 clinical cases.Anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 cases postoperatively,underwent enterostomy,half a year after the two time fistula.3 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction after conservative treatment,improvement.1 cases with poor wound healing,local change medicine physiotherapy after recovery.Conclusion The peri operation period to maintain ef ective circulation,strengthen nutrition,strengthen the anti infection,prevention of infectious shock,operation treatment timely is the ef ective measures to improve the prognosis of the patients.
