目的探讨妊娠晚期储存式自体输血的采血的护理。方法对我科50例我院妊娠晚期储存式自体输血采血后,及时给予包括检测胎心,重视患者主诉,药物的护理,使患者没发生并发症既保证孕妇健康,又保证孕妇分娩时的用血。结果50多例孕妇通过我们的护理措施均没发生不良反应,有保证了分娩时用血,减少不良反应发生的机会。结论我们的护理措施是科学有效的。

Objective To study the nursing of late pregnancy autologous transfusion of blood.Methods The 50 cases in our hospital in late pregnancy autologous transfusion after blood col ection,timely including the detection of fetal heart,pay at ention to the patient complained of,pharmaceutical care,so that patients without complications can ensure the health of pregnant women,and ensure the delivery of pregnant women with blood.Results 50 cases of pregnant women by nursing measures we are no adverse reaction,has guaranteed the blood at the time of delivery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of opportunity.Conclusion Nursing measures are ef ective.
