摘要
剖宫产术后再次妊娠人工流产作为人工流产手术的高危因素,不但增加了手术操作的难度,同时可能会增加出血及子宫穿孔等并发症的发生,本院对119例疤痕子宫妊娠人工流产术的受术者进行了心理护理,其手术时间明显减短,且人流综合征发生率较对照组低。心理护理有特殊的重要性,在计划生育手术中心理护理较为重要,起着药物起不到的作用,可以达道事半功倍效果。
Cesarean section again pregnancy induced abortion as a risk factor of artificial abortion,not only increase the dif iculty of the operation,at the same time may increase bleeding and perforation of the uterus complications,in our hospital 119 cases of uterine scar pregnancy induced abortion of subject has carried on the psychological nursing,the operation time significantly shorter,and the incidence of abortion syndrome was lower than those of control group.The importance of psychological care have special psychological nursing is important in family planning operation,to play the role of a drug within less than,can amount to get twice the result with half the effort effect.
