子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤围手术期的护理分析

Analysis of Nursing of Uterine Artery Embolization for Uterine Myoma Peri-operation Period

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤围手术期的护理方法和效果。方法收集2012年9月~2013年11月于本院进行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的40例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,并进行回顾性分析,给予患者围术期护理,观察比较患者护理前后的临床症状改善情况、子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积等。结果治疗前患者子宫体积平均为(215.8±96.7)㎝3,患者病灶体积平均为(162.7±52.9)㎝3,经子宫动脉栓塞术治疗后,患者子宫体积平均为(118.7±31.7)㎝3,病灶体积平均为(60.8±15.2)㎝3,患者治疗后的子宫体积及肌瘤体积均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),患者临床症状较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论加强子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的围手术期护理可有效改善患者临床症状,确保患者手术治疗成功,促使患者康复,具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and ef ects of uterine artery embolization for uterine myoma peri operation period.Methods Clinical data of 40 cases of uterine fibroids patients were selected from 2012 September^2013 November in our hospital.And were retrospectively analyzed,giving the perioperative nursing care for patients,clinical symptoms before and after the improvement of patient care,uterine volume and the size of myoma of uterus.Results Before treatment in patients with uterine volume averaged(215.8±96.7)㎝3,patients with lesion volume averaged(162.7±52.9)㎝3.After uterine artery embolization in the treatment of patients with uterine size,averaged(118.7±31.7)㎝3,lesion volume averaged(60.8±15.2)㎝3.Patients after treatment of uterine volume and the volume of leiomyoma were significantly lower than those before therapy(<0.05).The clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment(<0.05).Conclusion Strengthen the uterine artery embolization for uterine myoma peri operation period nursing care can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,ensure the success of operation treatment of patients,to promote the rehabilitation of patients,is of great significance.
