药房退药的原因及解决对策探讨

目的分析药房退药的原因,采取解决对策。方法选取我院的门诊处方共61200张,将其录入电脑采用Excel表进行统计,分析退药患者的科室、主要原因以及药品种类。结果目前药房退药的主要因素包括差价因素、检查因故停止、药物出现不良反应等。结论加强医患之间的沟通,药师、医师对处方的调配做到规范,能够有效降低药房退药率。

Objective To analyze the reasons of the drug withdrawal to take countermeasures.Methods Selection our hospital outpatient prescription 61200 zhang,it into the computer using the Excelltable statistics,analysis of refund medicine department,the main reason and drugs in patients with type.Results At present the main factors of the drug withdrawal including dif erential factors,check for stop,drug adverse reactions,etc.Conclusion Strengthen the communication between doctor and patient,pharmacists,the deployment of doctor for prescription do specifications,can ef ectively reduce the drug withdrawal rate.
