摘要
目的探讨'基础护理计划本'在优质护理服务示范病房中的应用效果。方法建立并使用'基础护理计划本',比较使用前后护理质量和患者满意度情况。结果使用前后护理质量及患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结论使用'基础护理计划本'可提高护理质量,进而提升患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the'basic care plan the'application results in quality care demonstration ward.Methods To establish and use the'basic nursing program the'before and after the use of quality of care and patient satisfaction situation.Results The quality of patient care and satisfaction before and after use,the difference was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion'The basic plan of care'to improve quality of care,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.
