外周血管介入治疗大咯血的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Massive Hemoptysis Peripheral Vascular Intervention

目的探讨对大咯血以外周血管介入方法进行治疗所取得的临床效果。方法选择曾在我院进行治疗的大咯血患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者利用常规方法进行治疗,观察组中患者在对照组基础上以外周血管介入方法进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率为94.8%,对照组总有效率为77.6%,两组患者之间有显著差异存在。结论对于大咯血以外周血管介入方法进行治疗,临床治疗有效率比较高,可在临床上进行广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the peripheral vascular interventional method of massive hemoptysis clinical effects of the treatment are made.Methods In our hospital 116 patients with massive hemoptysis treated patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in control group were treated by conventional methods,observation group patients in the control group based on the peripheral vascular interventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.8%,total effective rate of the control group was 77.6%,there was significant difference between two groups of patients.Conclusion For massive hemoptysis peripheral vascular interventional method for treatment,clinical ef ective rate is relatively high,can be widely applied in clinical practice.
