子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中临床护理路径应用的效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Uterine Myoma Operation Effect

目的分析临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中应用的效果。方法随机将我院收治的80例患者分为常规组和临床护理路径组,并观察两组患者护理效果。结果两组手术时间及术中出血量无明显差异(>0.05),但是临床护理路径组患者住院时间更短,差异均具有统计学意义(<0.05)常规组要求止痛者明显多于临床护理路径组,差异具有统计学意义(字2=3.968,=0.034);同时临床护理路径组患者满意度明显高于常规组(=4.584,=0.000),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中应用效果显著,护理满意度高。

Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing patients with uterine myoma operation in ef ect.Methods A total of 80 cases in our hospital were divided into the normal group and the clinical nursing path group,and two groups were observed in patients with nursing ef ect.Results There was no significant dif erence between the two groups in operation time and bleeding volume during operation(>0.05),but the clinical nursing paths shorter hospital patients,the dif erences were statistical y significant(<0.05)group were significantly higher than conventional analgesic clinical nursing path group,the dif erences were statistical y significant(χ2=3.968,=0.034);at the same time,clinical nursing path satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that in normal group(=4.584,=0.000),there was significant dif erence between two groups.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in nursing patients with uterine myoma operation in the application of ef ective,nursing satisfaction.
