补肾祛瘀化痰结合阴阳序贯法在子宫内膜异位症中的运用

Bushen Quyu Huatan Combined Analysis of Clinical Application for Treatment of Endometriosis and Sequential Method

目的探讨补肾祛瘀化痰结合阴阳序贯法在子宫内膜异位症中的运用。方法选取2011年3月~2013年3月我院子宫内膜异位症的患者100例,随机分为试验组(50例)和对照组(50例),试验组采用补肾祛瘀化痰结合阴阳序贯法为主中药治疗,对照组采用口服孕三烯酮。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率78%。结论此法较少毒副作用,缓解痛经,促进受孕,减少复发,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To explore the combination of yin and Yang by nourishing kidney and removing blood stasis and phlegm sequential method in endometriosis.Methods 100 cases from 2011 March to 2013 March in our hospital endometriosis patients,randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases),test group was treated with Bushen Quyu Huatan Decoction Combined with sequential method and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group with oral administration of pregnant three ketene.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 96%,the comparison group total effectiveness 78%.Conclusion The method is less toxic and side ef ect,alleviate dysmenorrhea,promote fertility,reduce recurrence,and has a good prospect of application.
