28例急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 28 Cases of Non Operation Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗的护理体会。方法分析我科2010年2月~2013年9月收治的28例急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料和护理资料,以此来探讨对其采取的非手术治疗时护理体会。结果从病情观察、心理护理、营养支持、健康指导等方面,给予精心护理,28例急性重症胰腺炎患者均痊愈出院。结论采用合理的护理方法,提高护理专业水平,能有效的促进急性重症胰腺炎患者的康复。

Objective To explore the experience of nursing intervention in patients with severe acute pancreatitis of non-operative therapy.Methods Analysised the clinical and nursing data in our hospital for treatment of 28 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis of non-operative therapy from February 2010 to September 2013,to explore the experience of nursing intervention.Results Nursing intervention including closely observed,psychological care,nutritional support,health guidance were given complicated,al the 28 patients were cured.Conclusion Reasonable nursing intervention and high quality of nursing technique would ef iciently improve the recovery of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
