AB岗工作制在院前急救工作中的应用

'AB Post Working System'in Application of Pre-hospital Care

目的探讨AB岗在院前急救工作中应用的效果。方法通过对AB岗人员的宣传发动、定期多岗位技能培训和提高AB岗人员的岗位待遇等做法。结果我中心从2009年4月开实行AB岗工作制度以来,较好地完成了各项院前急救任务,有效应对了各种突发事件,合理利用了有限的人力资源率,AB岗人员得到了多岗位锻炼,院前急救工作取得满意效果。结论通过AB岗工作制在院前急救工作中的应用,弥补了因人员流动性大造成应急时岗位缺失,避免了劳动强度不均衡现象,能更好地应对各类突发事件,较好地满足人们对院前急救的需求。

Objective To investigate the AB gang in the work of the application ef ect of pre hospital emergency.Methods According to the AB staf of propaganda,regular job skil s training and improve the AB staf post treatment practices.Results Since I center shal implement the system of AB work from 2009 April,successful y completed the task of the pre hospital pre-hospital care,to ef ectively deal with the emergencies,the rational use of the limited human resources rate,AB staf got the post exercise,pre-hospital care and get satisfactory ef ect.Conclusion The AB post working system in application of pre hospital care,make up for the personnel mobility caused by emergency post deletion,avoid the labor intensity imbalance,and bet er able to deal with al kinds of unexpected events,to bet er meet the needs of pre hospital emergency people.
