摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法对提高血液净化专科护士临床实践培训效果的作用。方法将54名进行血液净化专科护士临床实践培训学习的护理学员随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规教学法;实验组采用PBL教学法。比较两组学员在理论考试成绩、临床实践操作、工作能力及综合素质方面的差异。结果实验组的理论考试成绩、临床实践操作、工作能力均显著优于对照组(<0.05)。结论与常规教学法相比,PBL教学法更能提高实验教学质量,有助于培养综合能力。
Objective To explore PBL teaching methods of enhancing the ef ectiveness of blood purification specialist nurse in the clinical practice trainingl.Methods 54 specialist nursing were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control grop adopted conventional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted PBL teaching.Compare the dif erence between the two groups in scores of theory test,clinical practice,working ability and comprehensive quality.Results Experimental group's scores of theory test,clinical practice and working ability were significantly bet er than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method,PBLteaching method can enhance the quality of teaching experiments and help to develop the comprehensive capacity of nurse specialists.
