Periodontitis and Chronic Prostatitis

慢性前列腺炎是男性泌尿外科常见疾病,虽然对慢性前列腺炎有大量的研究,但是其发生发展机制仍然不是很明确。牙周炎是累及牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,往往引发牙周支持组织的炎性破坏。我们通过牙周致病菌入血对前列腺的损伤、自身免疫反应、细胞因子、精神心理因素、锌含量下降等几个方面对牙周炎在慢性前列腺炎发生发展中可能起到的作用作一个阐述。

Chronic prostatitis is a common disease of male urology,although there are a lot of research on chronic prostatitis,but its development mechanism is stil not clear.Periodontitis is involving the periodontal support tissue of chronic infectious disease,often cause inflammatory periodontal support tissues.We make a review about the probably ef ect of periodontitis in the development of chronic prostatitis through several aspects:periodontal pathogenic bacteria into the blood damage in the prostate,immune response,cytokines,mental factor,the fal of zinc content.
