输尿管成形术2例

Clinical Analysis of 2 Cases of Ureteroplasty

目的:探讨与泌尿外科合作进行输尿管成形术的方法及疗效。方法硬膜外麻醉,膀胱镜及DSA监视下,行顺行或逆行输尿管狭窄的球囊扩张及双J输尿管支架置入。结果2例输尿管成形术均一次完成,无感染,效果良好。结论介入科与泌尿外科合作,进行输尿管成形术操作简单,能够有效降低手术过程中风险,创伤小,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the Department of Urology and cooperation of ureteroplasty method and the curative effect.Methods Epidural anesthesia,cystoscopy and DSA monitor,for antegrade or retrograde ureteral stenosis by bal oon dilatation and double Jureteral stent placement.Results 2 cases of ureteroplasty were completed,no infection,good results.Conclusion Interventional radiology department and Department of Urology of ureteroplasty cooperation,simple operation,can effectively reduce the risk in the process of operation,less trauma,good effect.
