医院内镜室控制医院感染存在的问题与防范措施

The Existing Problems and Preventive Measures of Nosocomial Infection Control in Endoscope Room

目的:了解基层医院内镜室在医院感染管理中存在的问题。方法通过对内镜室采取现场检查的方法。结果对医院感染认识不足,科室日常工作管理不到位、护理人员防范意识差、医院内镜室存在制度不健全、工作人员知识缺乏、内镜室消毒制度不落实清洗不彻底、清洗消毒与诊疗操作未分室进行、医疗垃圾未分类处理设备配备不全等。结论建立医院感染监控有效机制,加强基层医院内镜室医务人员的培训,加强消毒隔离措施,提高防护意识,防止交叉感染的发生。

Objective To understand the grass-roots hospital endoscopy room in hospital infection management problems.Methods Through the endoscopy room take on-site inspection method.Results Insuf icient understanding of hospital infection,the department daily work management does not reach the designated position,nursing staf awareness is poor,hospital endoscopy room existence system is not sound,lack of knowledge workers,endoscopy room disinfection system to carry out the cleaning not thoroughly action not chamber,cleaning and disinfection,and diagnosis and treatment,medical waste classification treatment equipment equipped with not congruent.Conclusion The hospital infection monitoring and ef ective mechanism,strengthen grass-roots hospital endoscopy room staf training,disinfection and isolation measures to strengthen and improve the protection consciousness,prevent cross infection.
