浅谈低年资护士的临床行为规范

摘要 低年资护士临床经验少,在工作中容易造成医患矛盾。护士的行为规范包括扎实过硬的业务基础、丰富的专业知识以及相关的业务知识。通过规范护理行为,将'以人为本'的服务理念贯穿于整个护理服务过程。以良好的外表给予患者信赖感、恰如其分的语言与患者建立良好的沟通,精益求精的护理技术为患者服务,换位思考,为患者提供全方位、全过程服务,规范护理行为,使护士通过规范临床护理行为来纠正偏差,强化服务意识,从而达到提高护理质量的目的。 The junior nurse clinical experiences few,easy to cause the doctor-patient contradiction at work.Business infrastructure,behavior norms nurses including solid and excellent professional knowledge and business knowledge.By standardizing nursing behaviors,wil be'people-oriented'service concept throughout the care process.With good appearance gives patients trust,to a proper extent of language and patients to establish good communication technology,refine on nursing service for patients,empathy,to provide comprehensive,whole process service for patients,standardize care,the nurses to correct deviations from standard clinical nursing behavior,strengthen the service consciousness,so as to improve the quality of nursing care the purpose.
