静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用

Application of Venous Indwelling Needle in Pediatric Nursing

目的:探讨静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用体会。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月来本院接受治疗的患儿60例进行静脉留置针治疗,观察其护理效果。结果60例患儿一次性穿刺成功率为98.5%,所有患儿的护理效果均良好。结论静脉留置针在儿科护理中有着较高的临床应用价值。在患儿护理中的应用效果明显,可以节省成本,降低患儿的痛苦,减少由于反复穿刺而带来的感染等并发症。

Objective To investigate the application of venous indwel ing needle in pediatric nursing experience.Methods From 2012 January to 2013 December in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of venous indwel ing needle therapy,to observe the ef ect of nursing.Results The success rate of 60 cases of children with disposable puncture was 98.5%,al patients had good nursing ef ect.Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle has a high clinical value in pediatric nursing.The application ef ect in nursing care of children with the obvious,can save the cost,reduce the pain of the patients,reduced due to repeated puncture complications such as infection.
