康复护理对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响分析

Analysis of Impact of Rehabilitation Nursing on Life Quality of Patient with Stroke

目的:探析脑卒中患者采用康复护理后对生存质量的影响。方法入选我院符合标准的患者50例,按照护理的方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组25例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予患者康复护理干预,观察两组患者的生存质量情况。结果观察组患者的生存质量评分显著优于对照组,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者采用康复护理干预,有效的改善了患者的肢体功能,提高了患者预后的生存质量,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the impact of rehabilitation nursing on life quality of patient with stoke.Methods 50 patients were chosen and according to different nursing methods divided into observation group and control group each with 25 cases.Control group was given routine nursing while control group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on basis of control group.Life qualities of patients of the 2 groups were observed.Results Life quality score of observation group was obviously superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with stoke can ef ectively improve limb function of patients and improve life qualities of patients.It has an obvious clinical ef ect and is worth of being popularized.
