摘要
目的:总结缺血性肠病患者的护理,提高护理人员对该疾病的认识及护理。方法对27例采取内科保守治疗的缺血性肠病患者予以心理护理、腹痛腹泻与便血的护理、肠镜护理、饮食护理等个性化护理措施。结果27患者均好转出院,无1例护理并发症发生。结论缺血性肠病患者的个性化护理有利于疾病的恢复。
Objective Summary of ischemic bowel disease nursing and improve nursing staf recognition of the disease and nursing.Methods Personalized nursing interventions for 27 cases take medicine conservative treatment of ischemic bowel disease are psychological nursing,abdominal pain and diarrhea,bloody diarrhea,colonoscopy nursing,diet nursing,etc.Results 27 patients were al improved,no nursing complications.Conclusion Personalized nursing is beneficial to the recovery of disease of ischemic bowel disease.
