中药内服外薰治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症临床观察

Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment of Primary Anal Pruritusclinical Observation

目的:研究治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症更有效的治疗方法。方法54例患者随机分为两组,对照组27例,对照组采用亚甲蓝点状注射+中药内服,治疗组27例采用中药内服外薰。结果治疗组痊愈20例,显效2例,好转2例,无效3例,总有效率88.9%;对照组痊愈17例,显效4例,好转4例,无效2例,总有效率92.6%,两者比较有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论中药内服外薰治疗原发性肛门瘙痒症是确切有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the treatment method of treatment of idiopathicpruritus ani more ef ective.Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups,27 cases in the control group,the control group using methylene blue dot injection+traditional Chinese medicine,treatment group were treated withChinese herbs smoked.Results In the treatment group,20 cases were cured,2cases were cured,2 cases improved,3 cases inef ective,the total efficiency of 88.9%;control group 17 cases were cured,4 cases were cured,4 cases improved,2 cases ineffective,the total ef iciency of 92.6%,there were significant dif erence between them(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigationtreatment of primary anal pruritus is an ef ective treatment method.
