摘要
目的:降低妄想性抑郁症患者的自杀行为发生率。方法通过药物治疗和护理干预对2011年1月~2013年1月在我院住院的90例具有自杀危险的住院抑郁症患者进行治疗。结果经过药物治疗和及时有效的护理干预,90例妄想性抑郁症患者均康复出院,无1例自杀发生。结论妄想性抑郁症患者的自杀行为发生率较高,自杀信号较少,护理难度较大。因此我们辅以心理护理等多种护理方法,力求达到更好效果。
Objective To reduce the Dutch act behavior in patients with delusional depression incidence.Methods The medical treatment and nursing intervention on 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital 90 cases with Dutch act dangerous treatment in patients with depression.Results After drug treatment and ef ective nursing intervention,90 patients with delusional depressive patients were cured,no case occurred Dutch act.Conclusion Dutch act act delusional depression patients with a higher rate,Dutch act signal less dif icult,nursing.So we combined with psychological nursing and other nursing methods,and strive to achieve bet er results,for the life and health of patients recovered with maximum strength.
