Annexin A1和VEGF-C在食管鳞状细胞癌中表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1)与血管内皮生长因子C (VEGF-C)在人食管鳞状细胞癌中蛋白水平的表达差异,分析二者的相互关系及其与食管鳞癌临床病理因素间的关系,探讨二者在食管鳞癌发生发展过程中的作用及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化检测68例食管鳞癌及其切缘正常粘膜组织中Annexin A1和VEGF-C的表达,分析二者的表达在两组间是否有差别及其与食管鳞癌患者临床病理因素间的关系;并分析食管鳞癌中二者表达的相关性。结果 Annexin A1和VEGF-C在食管鳞癌及其切缘正常粘膜组织中的阳性表达在统计学上有差异(<0.05)。Annexin A1的表达与患者性别、年龄、临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移无显著相关,VEGF-C的表达与淋巴结转移显著相关,与其他临床病理因素无显著相关,且二者在食管鳞癌中表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.524,P<0.05)。结论Annexin A1基因在食管鳞癌中低表达,在切缘正常粘膜组织中高表达,VEGF-C蛋白表达与Annexin A1蛋白表达之间呈负相关。 VEGF-C表达与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移密切相关。
