腹腔镜切除与内镜联合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的效果观察

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Resection Combined with Endoscopy in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tumor

目的对腹腔镜切除与内镜联合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的效果进行分析和观察。方法回顾性分析我院收治的150例行腹腔镜切除与内镜联合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的患者的临床资料,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果在150例患者当中有144例患者手术成功,由于肿瘤位置不佳有6例患者中转开腹,并无任何并发症出现。结论相对于传统手术方式而言,腹腔镜联合内镜治疗手术具有出血量小、创伤较小以及手术时间短的特点,不仅有效的促进了医疗工作效率的提升,还促进了患者痛苦的减少,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective Laparoscopic and endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal tumors combined ef ect analysis and observation.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital,150 underwent laparoscopic and endoscopic resection combined treatment of gastrointestinal cancer clinical data,to analyze its therapeutic ef ect.Results Among 150 patients,144 patients were successful surgery,due to poor location of the tumor laparotomy in 6 patients,there were no complications.Conclusion Safe and minimal y invasive surgery,such as laparoscopic and endoscopic resection combined treatment of gastrointestinal tumor characteristics worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
