手法复位杉树皮夹板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

Manipulative Reduction and Fir Bark Splint Treatment of Humeral Surgical Neck Fracture

目的探讨手法复位杉树皮夹板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年7月~2012年12月份采用手法整复杉树皮夹板固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折63例的临床资料。结果63例患者全部骨折愈合,其中优良者53例,好转者10例。结论手法复位杉树皮夹板固定及早期功能锻炼治疗肱骨外科颈骨折对肩关节功能恢复,骨性愈合相当重要,通过良好的杉树皮夹板固定及早期的功能锻炼也能恢复良好的功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of treatment of humeral surgical neck manipulation fir bark splint fractures.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from July December to 2012 2006 by manipulative reduction fir bark splint fixation for the treatment of fracture of surgical neck of humerus in 63 cases of clinical data.Results Al of 63 patients with fracture healing,of which 53 cases were excellent,10 cases improved.Conclusion Manual reduction and fir bark splint fixation and early treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture restore functional exercise of shoulder joint function,bone healing is quite important,through good fir bark splint fixation and early functional exercise can be good functional recovery.
