米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的对米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病40例进行临床观察。方法选取2010年11月~2013年11月我院所收治的40例子宫腺肌病患者,口服米非司酮治疗。结果本组40例子宫腺肌病患者在服药期间全部闭经,痛经改善有效率为87.5%。本组患者在服药后,都及时纠正了贫血现象,但是有3例患者在停药后,月经流血量仍多,辅以止血药,行B超复查,提示腺肌瘤、子宫都或多或少地进行了缩小。患者随访6个月~1年,1例患者停药后半年无月经,其余39例患者停药后2个月内全部恢复月经。结论子宫腺肌病采用米非司酮来进行治疗,副反应小,临床疗效较为明显,也能够满足广大子宫腺肌病患者要求保留子宫的愿望,特别适合基层小医院开展,值得推广应用。

Objective Mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis in 40 cases of clinical observation.Methods 40 cases of adenomyosis patients selected from 2010 November to 2013 November treated in our hospital,oral mifepristone treatment.Results In this group,40 cases of adenomyosis patients during the period of taking al the amenorrhea,dysmenorrhea,improve the ef iciency of 87.5%.This group of patients after taking the drug,are corrected anemia phenomenon,but in 3 cases after stopping,menstrual bleeding amount is much,supplemented by hemostatic,for B ultrasound,uterine adenomyoma review,that are more or less were reduced.Patients were fol owed up for six months-1 years,1 patients after discontinuation of half a year without menstruation,menstruation al recovered within 2 months of the remaining 39 patients after stopping drug.Conclusion Adenomyosis of uterus by mifepristone for treatment,side ef ects,clinical curative ef ect is obvious,can satisfy the requirements of patients with adenomyosis uterus retaining desire,especial y for the smal hospital,it is worthy of popularization and application.
