正确认识疫苗的可控性

A Correct Understanding of Vaccine Controllability

现代社会的人只要一谈免疫接种,就会想当然地认为是1~2岁的小孩,或者<6岁的孩子才需要免疫接种,但是实际上却不是这样的,疫苗的接种应该是属于全人群的。如肺炎疫苗、流感疫苗等疫苗,由于经验特点及技术原因,我们往往不能只是针对某个年龄段来注射,如每个流感季节到来之前都可以去接种一次流感疫苗。而且不是只有小孩才需要打疫苗,成年人也需要打疫苗。本文结合笔者多年的工作经验,认为应该正确认识疫苗的可控性,具有一定的参考价值。

In modern society,people just about vaccination,wil most probably it did not actual y happen that is 1~2 years old children,or children under 6 years old only need a vaccination,but the fact is not such,vaccination should belong to the whole people.Such as the pneumonia vaccine,flu vaccine,vaccine,because experience and technical reasons,we can not only for a certain age to injection,can be as each flu season before going to receive a flu vaccine.But not only the children that need to be vaccinated,adults also need the vaccine.In this paper,combined with the author's many years of work experience,perceived control ability should have a correct understanding of the vaccine,which has a certain reference value.
