黛力新对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Deanxit on the Quality of Life in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨黛力新对支气管哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法将入选患者随机分成试验组和对照组,两组均接受规律的舒利迭治疗,试验组在此基础上接受黛力新药物治疗,观察治疗后疗效。结果治疗后试验组6MWD、FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后试验组SDS、F1、F2、F3、F4较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黛力新可以通过改善支气管哮喘患者焦虑抑郁状态而提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of Deanxit on the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods The patients were randomly divided into experiment and control groups,both groups received Seretide treatment,Deanxit was given to experiment group additional y.6MWD、FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、SDS F1、F2、F3、F4 were measured before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group have a notable high levels of 6MWD,FEV1,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC(P<0.01)and significant low levels of SDS、F1、F2、F3、F4(P<0.05)after treatment.Conclusion Deanxit can improve the anxiety in patients with bronchial asthma,and consequently enhance the quality of life.
