改良张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的35例随访报告

Modified Tension Band Fixation Treatment of Patella Fracture of 35 Cases Follow-up Report

目的评价改良张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法采用改良张力带内固定髌骨骨折患者共35例,均采用切开复位内固定方式,术后均不需要石膏外固定,进行早期功能练习。结果改良张力带组术后并发症少,治疗效果优良率高。结论改良张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折是治疗髌骨骨折的理想的治疗方法。它操作简便,创伤小,效果可靠,并发症少,膝关节功能恢复好,适合在基层医院推广。

Objective Evaluate the clinical ef icacy of modified tension band fixation treatment of patel a fracture.Methods Modified tension band internal fixation,a total of 35 patients with patel ar fracture,adopt open reduction and internal fixation of way,al don't need a plaster external fixation postoperatively,do the early functional exercise.Results Modified tension band group of less postoperative complications,treatment ef ect is high.Conclusion Modified tension band internal fixation treatment of patel a fracture is the ideal treatment of patellar fracture treatment,It is easy to operate,smal trauma,reliable ef ect,fewer complications,knee joint functional recovery is good,suitable for in basic-level hospitals.
