疼痛管理在腹部手术患者中的应用分析

The Analysis of Application of Pain Management in Patients with Abdominal Surgery

目的探讨疼痛管理用于腹部外科手术患者镇痛效果及康复促进的作用。方法对同期收治的腹部外科手术患者我院收治的创伤住院患者,按住院奇偶序号将符合条件的患者分成对照组及管理组各75、79例,对照组患者实施传统疼痛管理办法,管理组在患者进行术前疼痛教育、术后及时疼痛评估及有效镇痛,比较两组患者术后疼痛管理结果及康复情况。结果两组患者术后疼痛强度、疼痛治疗频次及疼痛满意度比较,差异均有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);管理组患者肛门排气时间及住院时间也明显比对照组减少,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论疼痛护理可以减轻患者疼痛,提高患者满意度,并促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the pain management for patients with abdominal surgery analgesia ef ect and promote recovery.Methods Abdominal surgery patients admit ed in the same period of our hospital's trauma hospitalized patients,according to hospital parity serial number wil be eligible patients were divided into control group and management groups,75,79 cases in control group,traditional pain management measures for the management group in patients with preoperative pain education,postoperative pain assessment and ef ective analgesia in time,compare the results of two groups of patients with postoperative pain management and rehabilitation.Results Two groups of patients with postoperative pain intensity,pain pain treatment frequency and degree of satisfaction,dif erences were significant statistical significance(<0.01);Management group of patients with anal exhaust time and hospitalization time also obviously than the control group,two groups of comparative dif erences are significant(<0.01).Conclusion Nursing can relieve patients'pain pain,improve patient satisfaction,and promote patients recover.
