摘要
目的探讨小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C对青光眼的治疗效果。方法我院2010年7月~2013年1月收治的青光眼患者40例,按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,观察组给予小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C治疗,对照组仅给予小梁切除术治疗,随访1年,比较两组治疗效果。结果术后1w两组观察组显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),随访1年,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C可有效地提高患者远期疗效,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C in glaucoma.Methods 40 patients with glaucoma in our hospital from 2010 July^2013 year in January between the treated patients,according to the treatment plan is divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated with trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C treatment,the control group only received trabeculectomy for treatment,fol ow-up of 1 years,compared with two groups of curative ef ect.Results After 1 weeks,two groups of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(<0.05),fol ow-up of 1 years,total ef ective rate of observation group is obviously higher than that in control group(<0.05),the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion Trabeculectomy with mitomycin C can ef ectively improve patient curative ef ect,the clinical application value of significant.
