妊娠糖尿病的治疗干预分析

The Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Intervention Analysis

目的探讨进行妊娠糖尿病治疗干预对改善围生期不良结局的影响。方法选择在我院进行产前检查诊断的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇126例为研究对象,将进行治疗干预的62例视为治疗组,64例未进行治疗干预的孕妇视为对照组,治疗组采取饮食、运动及药物等干预,比较两组孕妇及围生儿并发症发生情况。结果治疗组产前血糖控制率100%,对照组产前血糖控制54.69%,两组血糖控制比较差异显著(2=36.49,<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较孕妇并发症及围生儿并发症、新生儿住院率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病采取积极治疗干预,能明显让围生期母婴并发症得到有效控制,有利于获得良好的母儿结局。

Objective To explore the treatment of gestational diabetes intervention to improve the ef ect of adverse outcome in the perinatal period.Methods Choice in the hospital for antenatal examination in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes,126 cases of pregnant women as the research object,the therapeutic intervention of 62 cases as treatment group,64 cases of pregnant women without treatment intervention as control group,treatment group take diet,exercise and drug intervention,compared two groups of pregnant women and the perinatal complications occurrence.Results The treatment group prenatal blood sugar control 100%,control group prenatal glycemic control 54.69%,two groups of blood glucose control is significant dif erence(chi-square=36.49,<0.01);The treatment group compared with control group,neonatal complications in pregnant complications and perinatals hospitalization rates,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes take active treatment intervention,which can ef ectively control distinctly maternal and infant complications in the perinatal period,is conducive to good mother son ending.
