微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法微创经皮加压钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折患者63例,设为观察组。常规切开复位内固定术63例为对照组。比较两组治疗效果及手术、骨折愈合、住院时间及术中出血量。结果观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.58,<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折微创,术中出血少,患者易接受,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective Minimal y invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation of distal tibial fractures clinical results.Methods Minimal y invasive percutaneous compressing plate fixation for the treatment of distal tibial fractures in 63 patients,observation group.Fixation in 63 cases in the control group of conventional open reduction.Comparison of two treatment and surgery,fracture healing,hospitalization time and blood loss.Results Observation group,the total ef iciency was significantly higher after treatment,the dif erence was statistical y significant(χ2=4.58,<0.05).Observe the operative time,blood loss,postoperative fracture healing time,hospital stay was significantly less than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.01).Conclusion Minimal y invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation of distal tibial fractures minimal y invasive,less blood loss,patients tend to accept,is worthy of further promotion.
