巧用一次性自制痰杯采集痰标本价值观察

Observation of Value of Homemade Disposable Sputum Cup in Collecting Sputum Sample

目的探讨自制一次性痰杯在采集痰标本中的价值和实用性。方法筛选自2011年1月~2012年8月在我院住院治疗的256例危重、昏迷、人工气道建立患者,按照随机原则分成两组,每组患者128例。实验组采取自制一次性痰液收集器采集痰标本,对照组采用一次性吸痰管采集痰标本。将两种痰标本采集法留取的痰液送化验室做涂片检查和细菌培养,将其结果进行对比分析。结果实验组送检标本合格率为93.75%,病原菌检出为83.59%;对照组送检标本合格率为46.86%,病原菌检出率为20.31%,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论自制一次性痰液收集器采集痰标本可以大大提高了痰标本的合格率和病原菌检出率,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To discuss the value and practicability of homemade disposable sputum cups in col ecting sputum samples.Methods 256 patients with severe and critical conditions,camas and establishments of artificial airways were randomly divided into 2 groups both with 128 cases.Experiment group was given homemade disposable sputum cups for sputum col ection while control group was given disposable suction tubes for sputum col ection.Sputums col ected by the 2 kinds of methods were sent to laboratory for smears and bacterial cultures,their results were compared and analyzed.Results Sample pass rate of experiment group was 93.75%and pathogenic bacteria detection rate was 83.59%,sample pass rate of control group was 46.86%and pathogenic bacteria detection rate was 20.31%(<0.05).Conclusion Homemade disposable sputum cup for sputum sample col ection can greatly improve pass rate and pathogenic bacteria detection rate of sputum sample,so it is worth of being referred and popularized.
