无创机械通气辅助治疗重症肺炎的有效性与安全性分析

Analysis of Effectiveness and Safety of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨机械通气辅助治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效以及安全性。方法将2013年7月~2014年2月入住我科的70例重症肺炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,观察记录两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应的发生情况。结果患者均未发生严重不良反应;治疗前两组患者血气分析以及氧合指数比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;治疗24h后Pa02比较t=8.3664;PaC02比较t=7.3409;Pa02/Fi02比较t=6.2461;总有效率比较字2=7.9861;差异显著具有统计学意义。结论无创机械通气辅助治疗重症肺炎临床疗效好,具有降低再次插管率,安全性高及不良反应少等优点,值得进行大范围的推广使用。

Objective To explore the mechanical ventilation the clinical curative ef ect and security of the auxiliary treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods Wil be in July,2014 to February 2013,I division in 70 cases of patients with severe pneumonia,divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment and observation records in the two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction in patients with what is happening.Results All patients without serious adverse reactions;Blood gas analysis two groups of patients before treatment and oxygenation index(>0.05),there was no statistical y significant dif erence;24 h after treatment Pa02 compared=8.3664;PaC02 compared=7.3409;Pa02/Fi02 compared=6.2461;Total ef ective rate is chi square=7.9861;Significant dif erence statistical y significant.Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment of severe pneumonia clinical curative ef ect is good,has a lower rate of intubation again,the advantages of high safety and less adverse reactions,is worth popularizing in a wide range of use.
